Shipping
Shipping charges are FOB. Calculated upon
receipt of your order request, we will confirm
your acceptance of these charges prior to
beginning your order.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and personal
and business checks as payment. For standard
products, a down payment of 50% is required
before we will begin your order.
Sales Tax
Betonas is obliged to collect sales tax
on all items purchased within state. For
items which are exempt from sales tax (capital
improvements), we are happy to provide exemption
forms. |
Warranty
Betonas warrants its products for a period
of five years against structural defects
under normal usage. We will replace any
product that is structurally defective or
fails. Damage caused by abuse, improper
installation or by uses other than intended
are not covered.
Copyright
We pride ourselves in the originality of
our work and respect the rights other companies
have in regard to their original designs.
Please dont ask us to copy another design
which you may have seen elsewhere.
Cancellation & Refunds Cancelled
orders for standard products will be refunded
at our discretion. Customer pays all return
shipping costs. Custom order policy is outlined
in proposal submitted for job.
